Tektopia removes the Runner Villagers from spawning entirely.
Need to force the spawn as some other mods do.
Alternatively, some sort of compatibility if Tektopia is present to make a Runner Tektopia job, have them hang about the Tavern or in a shady back alley or something.
Also suggest a Tektopia Cyberdoc who can perform operations using the various equipment, and a matching Tektopia Cyberlab for him to work in.
Potentially a lot of work mind.
