Update ROADMAP.md to reflect actual completion status

Problem

The roadmap in docs/ROADMAP.md is outdated and doesn't reflect the actual state of the project.

Items to Update

These Phase 1 items are marked incomplete but are actually done:

• ✅ React UI — Inbox view (components exist in apps/web/src/components/inbox/)
• ✅ React UI — Wiki Explorer (components exist in apps/web/src/components/wiki/)
• ✅ React UI — Ask view (components exist in apps/web/src/components/ask/)

Action Required

Update docs/ROADMAP.md to mark these items as complete with [x] checkboxes.
