Subject: [PATCH 1/2] Rewrite announcement bar from jargon disclaimer to
 benefit-first CTA
MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

Every page opened with FTS / BID/WATCH/SUBCONTRACT acronym soup. Replaced
with plain-English hook: scan postcode, free no card, qualify before bidding.
This is the first line every user sees on every page — changing it to speak
directly to the tradesman's goal increases /find-jobs click-through on all pages.

The free scan checks trade + postcode + radius only, not a full firm
profile. 'Check if your firm qualifies' implied firm-aware qualification
(the paid layer) was available free. Changed to 'See what's active for
your trade' — accurate to what the free scan actually returns.
