Feature Request: Enable Javascript off by default

Heya,

Love your chrome extension - wondered whether there could be a toggle setting to 'disable javascript by default'

and then clicking on the JS extension button would whitelist the current domain for the future, while by default not loading javascript otherwise.

The use case for this is I prefer to use the internet generally without javascript, but there are some essential services that require it - and id be keen to build up a list of trusted JS sites using this new feature.
