How should the messages be triggered?
Should it be sent to only cultural secretaries or to faculty coordinators as well?

Since there are events till 8:30 PM, you can plan to break it into two parts.

But i leave that to you. Not a very critical feature to be honest. People, at least whom we are sending are aligned and will be aligned well during Utsav.

Are we fixed on sending SMS? If yes, we need to make sure we limit the number of characters we want to send
