Webp export

WebP is a very interesting format for blog post images or Reddit discussions.
In my Darktable workflow, I always export the images I’ve processed as high-quality JPGs, medium-quality JPGs, and finally as WebP files for use in my blog posts.
Now that I’m trying to switch to NegPy, I’ve noticed the lack of a WebP export option. That might be an interesting feature to add.
