Goal: To enable vendor specific parameters within the app and devices, Margo needs to define a specific schema to ensure consistency across vendors.

- Define the schema to enable custom parameters in the application description along with the device capabilities.
- Ensure any impacted api artifacts are updated to match the defined schema noted above.
