Use only source of truth for any derived elements #152

Description
In order to address #149, use the data model created in #150 and the validation tooling created in #151 to streamline the use of the source of truth WRT data/resources involved in the specification.
Motivation
There are multiple elements in the specification that are, as of now, being manually derived from a data model that is implicit spread over the whole specification. They should be programmatically generated from the data model as source of truth.
Proposed Solution (optional)
Use LinkML generators to create:
- HTML specification
- JSON-Schemas
- OpenAPI specifications
