[Feature] - Add new station by cli

The radio-cli is very nice to use to me. I wanna the option to add in config.json using cli like:

```bash
radio -add demo -url https://demo.azuracast.com/public/azuratest_radio 
```

this option is very nice to add new station without required edit config.json
