At present, the node spacing is 95% in the configuration file outputs because one of my test files has a lot of end nodes and their labels were overlapping at 75% spacing.
Diagram height should not only be based on the total number of records identified by the review, it should also be scaled by the number of end nodes (exclusion reason nodes, but potentially also study type nodes (See #9)) to reduce the risk of node labels overlapping.
The scaling should focus on small/short nodes whose height is shorter than their label, need to investigate whether this is a constant or not.
