• Vulkan deferred shading (RasterFirst render mode) (#356) — a hybrid pipeline: raster G-buffer for primary visibility, ray queries for shadows/reflections/AO/GI, denoised + TAA-resolved. setDenoise now serves both Vulkan paths.

• CPU scene prep ~10× faster on large scenes — scene-structure snapshot fast path in ensureSceneBuilt, in-place lean diff, Object3D::updateMatrix change-detection early-out, and BufferGeometry attribute-version tracking for safe pointer caching.
• Deferred GI / reflections perf — checkerboard gather, flattened motion tiers, stochastic 1-light NEE, reduced emitter samples, spp tiers (8/3/1); ~4.4× faster AO. Chase-cam history floor (followed-vehicle reflections reset instantly) and content-change antilag (fixes frozen glass/mirror updates).
• Vulkan deferred alpha/decals — blend decals use a deterministic albedo-blend G-buffer pipeline instead of a stochastic screen-door; alpha/transmissive surfaces no longer block deferred shadow or occlusion (env/GI/emissive) rays.
• TAA temporal constants are now wall-clock-based (fixes edge trails / double-edge ghosts at low or capped FPS).
  Better ocean foam (#357); bloom pass + path-tracer tunings.
• Image API + Vulkan internals refactor; GpuTimings and VulkanFrameTypes split out.
• Stale development-phase comments cleaned up across the renderer paths.

• Image loading: global vertical-flip bug; portable ImageLoader read on non-MSVC.
• GL: GL_PACK_ALIGNMENT=1 in readPixels (skewed/grayed RGB readbacks at non-4-aligned widths, e.g. 1366); GL↔WGPU environment parity.
• WGPU: direct-to-surface output too bright (removed stale clear-color sRGB encode); submit pending deferred encoder before buffer-pool recycle/readbacks.
• Vulkan: ortho-overlay lines/meshes drawing stale geometry on recycled BufferGeometry*; deferred glass noise.
• Core: CameraHelper/light helpers frozen by the updateMatrix() early-out when matrixAutoUpdate=false; potential AnimationMixer crash.
• Sensors: DataPassGuard now forces autoClear (scan depth-quad self-test was freezing readback).
• Renderer selection from piped stdin on Windows (strip trailing \r); SVG UI scaling on high-DPI.
