Add option to call go generate before refreshing

Hi,

I'm using refresh as part of the gobuffalo toolkit and have been very happy so far with the tool. I'm only missing one feature: to automatically generate code with the go generate command before rebuilding and restarting the application.

Any chance this will be added?
