When creating a structured entity and a relationship intended to link it to a pre-existing entity, the storeStructured relationship API currently appears to support only source_index/target_index values referencing entities in the same request. This can produce an incorrect self-referential relationship when attempting to model that a new record supersedes an existing stored record. Add support for referencing existing entity IDs in relationships, or document and enforce the limitation clearly to prevent invalid self-links.
