Token's aren't generating

Everything works, however the tokens aren't generating. See https://forums.developer.amazon.com/questions/91878/ask-cli-init-not-working-associated-aws-profile-nu.html and related links for follow up on issue.

Things I have tried to resolve issue

• Use non-alpine container for node
• Use centos and ubunut containers
• Install AWS CLI and configure (as one person suggested on forums) - same issue
• Manually change the aws cli package.json to use simple-oauth2 1.5.0 version
• Lots of other docker changes

This has been fixed in latest ask-cli release
