Feature - Oidc support

Hoping you look at oidc support for authentication.

I'd just implemented pocket id for authentication and it opened my eyes to sso.

There were definitely some better models. How immich did it far easier than how lubelogger implemented it.

Thanks for opening an issue, @psyciknz! I see this as related, but probably even beyond the MVP of #288.

Transparently, I'm a little unsure if supporting multi-user auth is even worth it with the current direction of Tome at the moment and some of it depends on existing branches that I have open, such as #185. More to come.

Nevertheless, thanks for the feedback and idea!
