Where can I see my Frames?

I tried to level up and choosed a new Frame, Barbarossa. But I can't see it. I can't choose my new Frame either?

Can you describe which version of compcon you’re using (v2.3.21a or the v3 beta), as well as steps you are taking to reproduce the error?

If you’re taking the first license rank of a given license, you won’t have access to the frame yet. You need 2 ranks in a license to gain access to the license’s frame.

You are right. I levelled up twice.
