Pilot sheet navigation buttons are tiny

The bottom navigation buttons when navigating a pilot, and the sorting buttons when looking at a pilot's active mechs, are very small

It would be nice if these could be made a little larger, especially the sorting buttons; on par with the "add new mech" button.

Edit: It does also occur to me that the images are probably not supposed to go above the name bar like that.
