Changelog date in LCP preview displays incorrectly

Bug Description

When attempting to install the newest version of my homebrew LCP, the changelog date is showing a day behind what it is actually set to in the manifest. This occurs both with and without the prior v2 version of the same LCP installed.

No idea if this is user error somehow or something more widespread, but reporting it just in case. Attaching both LCPs as well.

1. Attempt to install dud-data in content manager
2. See error
