This issue is for organizing the currently implemented features for The Gold version.

The following features are planned for release in this version (checked ones are implemented):

• Spectral filter (Specify a value to narrow down the display to data containing that peak)
• Chromatogram display in specified m/z range (XIC)
• Heat map (2D display)
• 3D display
• Reading mzML files
