Bad RAR archive data #13

Description

@Jorricks

Hello,

So I was trying to unrar a couple of files and it gave me the error 'Bad RAR archive data'.
The rar file consists of 8 rar files with just one called .rar, the others are called .r00, .r01 etc.
When running extractall on this .rar file I get this error.

I have the feeling it might be due to some coupling issues with deluge.
However, it should be easy to avoid this issue with rarfile.testrar(), but this returns 0.
After testrar it should be impossible for that to happen unless the rar file actually is corrupt itself.
What happens with the download is that the downloads becomes '100%'. Then deluge moves it to a different directory, after which I try to unrar, which fails.
Then when I run a check storage inside deluge, it actually downloads the last 3 percent.
Does anyone have an idea how this could happen?
