How do you get an OAuth Token/register an application?

This gem's documentation reads:

In order to be able to perform any requests you should set outh_token obtained by your Mavenlink Account.

I don't see this option anywhere within my Mavenlink account. I've looked in "Profile" and "Password & Authorizations", but I don't see anything related to OAuth or API access.

Other API docs mention a "userpage" or link to/show screenshots from a page called "application management", but that page is a 404 (see http://developer.mavenlink.com/#oauth-20)

It's under Settings (on the sidebar) and API.

I believe you also need to be an administrator on your Mavenlink account too. @dlindahl
