Feature Request - Generalisation of the title formatting

As far as I understand, the extension is capable of running of external utilities for gathering required information to generate the title (e.g. git). Why not give an option to run an external executable or cmd script with selected parameters chosen from the current extension options to let the external utility to generate a title content of its choice?

I've looked into this and thought of adding a very generic [cmd:XXXX] tag (better than just allowing one custom command), however this can be a double edged sword if people use it for slow executables (it is not obvious if the result should be cached, unlike with source control-related data). Do you have a particular use case in mind?

If invoking arbitrary external commands are too costly, can a lua/perl/python/whatever embedded language be included? For example, I would like to use something like:

[path].startsWith("C:\repo\") ? [path:2:-1] : [path]

(to exclude the leading "C:\repo" if the solution is in that path, but full path otherwise)

As for caching results, maybe an "update_on" field can be added. Just use the current conditions: document switching, project/solution switching, git branch switching... Those should be sufficient for most use cases.
