egg_model (and related), warnings are not necessarily captured #113
As discussed in #112 we probably want to keep a record of warnings that could appear in the linear mixed model.
Currently, only the first try will account for warnings and errors before increasing "iterations", then only reports are captured and reported, i.e., warnings are left to the users to disclose.
