Add native Spectrum support in Generate tab (without Comfy Workflow)

Feature Idea

Spectrum, which enables faster generation for SDXL models, has recently been introduced and is gaining attention for its performance improvements.

There is already a custom node implementation available for ComfyUI, allowing users to integrate Spectrum into their workflows. However, in SwarmUI, Spectrum can currently only be used indirectly through Comfy Workflow setups.

I would like to request native support for Spectrum directly within the Generate tab settings, so that users can enable and use it without relying on Comfy Workflow.

This would make Spectrum more accessible and improve usability, especially for users who prefer the standard SwarmUI interface over custom workflow configurations.

Is this even any noticeably better than the existing caching techniques?

If so, this is more a job for an extension than core. If not, just ignore this new cache technique and use the existing ones.

I understand the concern. Spectrum is not just another step-reduction method; it aims to reduce generation time while preserving output consistency better than simple step-reduction techniques. If core integration is not a good fit, I’d still love to see it as an optional extension for users who want to try it.

I accidentally closed this issue while replying; this feature request is actually still open for discussion.

I understand that Spectrum may be better suited as an extension rather than a core feature, and that it may not be clearly better than existing caching techniques.
If that is the case, I’m fine with this being deprioritized or left closed for now.
