Dependency @microsoft/vscode-webview-ui-toolkit is deprecated

Per the vscode-webview-ui-toolkit README:

The Webview UI Toolkit for VS Code will be deprecated on January 1, 2025. See the deprecation announcement for more details.

This is apparently a result of Microsoft deprecating the @microsoft/fast-foundation package that vscode-webview-ui-toolkit depends on.

I don't know what alternatives are available, but I thought you'd like to know.

Yes, this extension, memory view and peripheral views are all affected. I have to spend some time looking for an alternative (hopefully a drop-in).

While MS deprecated the toolkit, it will likely be available via npm for the foreseeable future.
