Errors in responsiveness in mobile browser...while it works fine on desktop!!!

Hi
I am supporting a WordPress site which uses this MeanMenu JQuery plugin. I encountered an issue of rendering in mobile site, while this works fine on desktop resizing or emulators on DevTools.

This supposed to get toggled on small screens like phones. Breakpoint set at 767. I am not able to see where the problem lies. Please help!!
