Support for custom user data types in postgres

Currently official postgres driver doesn't support [User defined types](https://www.postgresql.org/docs/9.5/xtypes.html). But [pgjdbc-ng](http://impossibl.github.io/pgjdbc-ng/) does. 
Norm should support UDT if using that driver
