Implement a resolution cache #134
Description
Make a hash of the lib and make a cache in
- ~/.local/share/malt/cache/resolution
- ~/.local/share/malt/cache/global-vars
We now already depend on sha256 for the webview so we can use it on the files easily to make the symbol solving phase and global variables faster.
