No module named _tkinter

Sorry. It seems you are missing a module that is required by
the oligotyping pipeline. Here is the original import error:

I am getting the below error;

    "No module named _tkinter"

Please make sure you have all the requirements installed. This

It there a easy way to remedy this?

I use python 2.7 for installation.
