The initial CREATE TABLE uses incorrect type for database_id for GitHub issues and pull requests

This issue is related to https://github.com/mergestat/mergestat/issues/1167.

The fix will need to take place in both repositories. I'm not sure about the exact process to fix it, but I believe I have a shot at it
