AMC_BLDC - Fix CIN test

[MSECode]

We need to define a more robust test for checking the CIN of the boards since the ADC comparator threshold might suffer for tolerances.
We are going to discuss w/ @fgarini for a proper test. This is open in favor of the analysis carried out in: #93
