important documentation links (to template) broken

In this github page the links in the second paragraph are broken:

(A paper describing this model can be found here; a full specification of the model is available here.)

The header link in the readthedocs of that page to 'CEDAR repository model' is likewise broken.

It looks like the whole more.metadatacenter.org site has disappeared, or isn't resolving any more anyway.

Thanks for the report. A few things got broken when we recently retired some documentation system. We will try to fix these in the next week or so.
