This descriptor still named it, and used [section] bracket notation the DEED grammar does not have. Cites the live launcher-standard_praxis.deed at its current version and uses DEED clause notation. v0.4.0 is a statement of conformance, not a resolution path: this descriptor does not resolve the standard, so it names the current version rather than a version it loads. Comment-only; no behaviour change, and independent of the file extension (the .deed extension migration is gated behind launch-scaffolder#40).
