Add BUGFIX compiler flag and documentation

Would be nice to have a BUGFIX flag like some other decomps do. These should be documented in a markdown file (the one for pokecrystal is a great example: https://github.com/pret/pokecrystal/blob/master/docs/bugs_and_glitches.md)

Don't forget some bugs used in speedrunning (I have no line numbers for these, sorry):

• Bomb hover (the glitch that allows Zebetite skip).
• Clipdata bugs that allow for door clipping.
• Clip related to killing multiple enemies Samus is standing on

I also though of:

• Mother Brain block not spawning (the bug allowing doing the Tourian escape the long way), which happens when all the sprite slots are filled when the block is attempted to be spawned, since the spawning function does not check that the spawn is successful (https://github.com/metroidret/mzm/blob/master/src/sprites_AI/mother_brain.c#L625-L626).

Imago doesn't properly handle being killed by a pseudo screw attack, there is no case for that value or a default case, so the AI hangs infinitely.
