WorldGuard 7.0.13 (for 1.21.4) not working with AngelChest 13.9.4

Describe the Bug
When using AngelChest 13.9.4 and WorldGuard 7.0.13 the AngelChest Plugin first returns in the Console:
[AngelChest] Hooked into WorldGuard 7.0.13+82fdc65
But after that, it returns an Error:
[AngelChest] You are using a version of WorldGuard that does not fully support your Minecraft version. WorldGuard integration is disabled.

All Configuration within AngelChest regarding Worldguard (to be exact disabled-worldguard-regions) are not working. I disabled the spawn region in the AngelChest config but the Angelchests are still spawning at the spawn region on death.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Put Worldguard 7.0.13 and AngelChest 13.9.4 in the plugins folder of a Minecraft Paper 1.21.4 server build
2. Create a region in WorldGuard on the Server
3. Change the Config of the AngelChest Plugin regarding WorldGuard (disabled-worldguard-regions)
4. Observe the result '[AngelChest] You are using a version of WorldGuard that does not fully support your Minecraft version. WorldGuard integration is disabled.'
5. Die at the created region you disabled in the config and see how the Plugin is not working with WorldGuard.

Expected Behavior

1. The AngelChest Plugin shouldn't return an Error in the Console blaming Worldguard. An even if it is, it should return a much more precice error than a rough You are using a version of WorldGuard that does not fully support your Minecraft version. for example This WorldGuard version is not compatible with AngelChests. Please use WorldGuard version [required version]

2. Worldguard integration should not be disabled.

3. There should be no AngelChest spawned, when dying at the disabled Worldguard regions configured in the AngelChest config.
