Firstly thank you for publishing your work it was very useful for me to learn from.
When I tried to reproduce your results with the code and files shared the out of sample NN predictions of y hat do not appear to find an optimal solution. All of the predictions appear to be nearly the exact same value. I tried changing the learning rate and number of epochs and still no change in the result. I was hoping you could let me know if this is simply my error (definitely possible) or if there is an issue with the notebook.
