Can't deploy version a 2nd time to one project.

Description

We have one project that is not able to deploy a version to an environment that it has already been deployed to. This will cause make roll back a more tedious process. Is there a reason this one project is failing to push a git tag to GitHub?

In working repos, I see that a git tag with a random set of numbers appended at the end of the tag. In the failing project it doesn't seem to be able to create the new tag

Hi @rmuller-vu are you using the enhanced workflow or the new environment based workflow?
Are you experiencing this behaviour on all projects or only a subset of them?

The project with the issue is using the enhanced workflow. We just upgraded to v14 (Console 1.118.9) and the issue still persists.

Hi, @rmuller-vu.
Sorry for the delay in responding. I checked the issue to reproduce and understand it, and found a problem with the console query that retrieves tags. The query was unable to find tags created “manually.”
I have fixed the issue, which will be available in upcoming minor versions of the console.
I update this issue when i know the console version.

Hello @alexevansvu. This fix is currently in preview for version v14.1.0 chart v15.0.0-beta.2
If this version works well, you will be able to resolve this issue in the next release.
