Description

Found an issue with the deploy tab and the environment.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to Deploy tab for any project and select an environment that isn't the default (UAT in our scenario)
2. Navigate to Projects page
3. Select any project and navigate to the Deploy tab
4. Leave environment as the default selected environment (Development in our scenario)
5. Select a revision to deploy
6. The bottom will say you are deploying to a different environment than the one selected (UAT instead of Development)

Refreshing the page or reselecting Development environment fixes the issue

Deployment to the wrong environment

Expected Outcome

Deploy to the environment selected in the drop-down menu

Update:

Just updated console to Mia-Platform v14.5.1 and the issue still persists

We've noticed this bug and we know it might be really annoying since you're risking to deploy to the wrong environment. We apologize for not giving you any feedback until now, but rest assured that we have it in our backlog, and I hope we're going to fix it in one of our next releases.
