How do you keep track of groceries today? (4 quick questions)

[micha16372]

Before building the next features I would like to learn from how households actually do this today. Short answers are perfect:

1. How do you keep track of what to buy? Paper, a notes app, a shared list app (which one?), Grocy or another inventory tool, or nothing at all?
2. What goes wrong most often? Forgetting things, buying duplicates, nobody updating the list, too much effort to maintain it …
3. Would you trust a suggestion like "Milk — probably low · 89% · last bought 6 days ago, usually every ~5 days"? What would make you trust it more or less?
4. What is the least effort you would accept to feed such an assistant? (e.g. only ticking items off while shopping)

No need to share anything personal. Every answer shapes the roadmap: https://github.com/micha16372/everyday-runtime/blob/main/ROADMAP.md
