ReflectionTypeLoadException with .Net 10 / Noda Time 3.3.0

Hi, it looks like this no longer works with the current .Net and / or Noda Time release.
An exception is thrown on startup:

Unhandled exception. System.Reflection.ReflectionTypeLoadException: Unable to load one or more of the requested types.
