Annotations do not suppress in output when "Do not export type..." is selected

Bug Description

When exporting all of the elements from a table and "Do not export type annotations" is selected. Type annotation columns still present in the output. Note that the dialog pertaining to Type annotations was new within the modal. I did not note which version I upgraded from, so I am not certain when this was introduced in the modal.

Steps to Reproduce

1. After launching explorer, expand a table node.
2. Select file from list
3. Select 'Export' from drop down and hit 'Export all'
4. Fill out modal indicating export file, set 'Type annotations' for Do not export type annotations
5. Ensure that 'Export partition keys, row keys, and timestamps checkboxes are cleared
6. Initiate Export

Hmm, I'm not able to reproduce, and I'm having trouble finding where the bug might be. All of our tests are passing, so it's not clear why your option selection doesn't seem to be translating to the expected output.

Is there anymore information you can provide? I assume the issue persists after multiple attempts?

Can you do the following?

1. Press F12 and select the Application tab.
2. Open Session storage > file:// and share the value for "StorageExplorer_ExportEntities_v1" here.

This is a process that gets run to extract storage account data for two azure regions every day, so yes. Prior to fulfilling your request. I restarted the explorer and then provided the screenshot after setting up the request as usual manually. I also attached the result which does in fact still have the type annotation columns.

However, you may note that there are no values - the spreadsheet only has the column headings but no actual type data. Again, the only thing I can add is that this issue only appeared after updating to this latest version that included the annotation dialog.
