Linux data collector - some asks

1. The resulting tar.gz file name contains the hostname which is PII. please remove.
2. The name contains only the date without the time. please add _HHMM. So subsequent runs won't override if in same minute.
3. do not remove the old tar.gz files, let the user delete them if they want.
4. the scxdatacollector.log always exists at the end with only the content "Clean up other data....". Please remove this file or do not create it.
