"Classroom Guardian" is an AI-driven behavior management tool built on Microsoft Power Platform that empowers teachers to efficiently track, analyze, and address classroom incidents. Teachers simply log events (e.g., “Juan took Adam’s apple”), and the app’s AI instantly categorizes the incident (e.g., conflict, sharing issue), assesses its severity, and identifies emotional context using sentiment analysis. It automates time-consuming tasks by logging the event in Dataverse, notifying parents via personalized emails, and updating a dynamic point system to track student behavior trends.

Secure Microsoft-certified connectors (e.g., Outlook, Teams), daily backups, and Zero Trust principles—least-privilege access, end-to-end encryption, and anomaly monitoring with Microsoft Defender—protect against breaches, data loss, and unauthorized access, ensuring student privacy and regulatory alignment.
