Split not working

I still have issues with the split function on PBIs. The split PBI window does not open and the below tasks are not moved to the next sprint. Here attached a video that shows it:

Yes, unfortunately on some projects the split function does not work. I find that the problem occurs on some projects and not on others, but can you confirm that the settings are at the general organization level instead? Thank you, Marta

Similar issue here - it has worked in the past, but it now does nothing at all. Not sure how to get logs or debug info - I raised another issue but let me know if I should just add a comment here.

EDIT: We resolved this problem by opening the MS Edge DevTools and we could see the error message in the console: link to issue

Same in my case. Sometimes the split extension words carrying the backlog and sprint but sometimes it doesnt create anything. Please fix this issue in latest version.

Split stopped working for my project when I changed a field to be required.
This is a problem both when setting it with a field edit and setting it with a rule.
People have apparently been getting this bug since 2018, will it ever be fixed?
