[Mac] Video not displayed in “See the Video” section on Mac platform

Describe the bug
In the Dunk tutorial under Tutorials, the embedded video in the “See the Video” section does not appear when using the Mac platform. The same video displays correctly on Windows.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.Navigate to Microsoft MakeCode Arcade on a Mac platform (VPN enabled).
2.Open Dunk tutorial under Tutorials section.
3.Click See the Video and observe.

Actual behavior
Video is not displayed on the Mac platform.

Expected behavior
The video should display and be playable on the Mac platform, consistent with Windows behavior.
