Usability changes for rules editor

Put Stop icon at the top as children have a hard time finding it in the motion menu

The Code Home Page is the most confusing one for kids. They often confuse Change rules with Press rules. Press rules are mostly used for moving initially so I almost wish we could call them "Move" in the easy version of the platform. I think it would really help at a minimum to not have "Change" next to "Press". Proposed new order on screen: Press, Smash, Change, Never (change from Misc).

Misc is a very confusing category of rules for kids. The word miscellaneous is very hard for them and misc is even harder to get at first glance. I recommend renaming to "Never"
