Broken package

@rebornix I think you forgot to build the package before publishing it, so the lib folder is missing from @vscode/textbuffer. It's still there in vscode-textbuffer, at least.

That said, with the package not updated in four years, it seems to be missing a lot of changes made upstream 😞
