When you activate a source code chunk it scrolls the first line to to the top to the screen. This can change what text is visible in the generated chunk.
To replicate: ask the "Ask" version of CoPilot Chat to write you some code to perform some task and explain how the generated code works. In my case I asked for it to implement a websockets server with another socket on a dynamically assigned port and a message to tell the client what port to connect to for data. The code it generates should be about a page or so long and there should be enough lines of code + explanation that you can't see the top of the code. Click on the text of the explanation as if you were highlighting it. You'll see it activates with the border. Now click on the last line of code in the generated code. You'll see the screen scroll up and you have clicked in the wrong place.
In order to actually click where you want you have to first click to activate it (which also removes your scrolls position... some times outputs are multiple screens!) and then scroll back to where you actually wanted and click there.
This annoying when trying to highlight variable names in long sections of generated code.
