Are functions from wdm.h such as InsertTailList coming?

Hey,

I hope this isnt too dumb of a question - I'm wanting to use functions such as InsertTailList, InsertHeadList etc to build a Csq to pend IOCTLs, however they aren't available in the wdk/wdk-sys so I am currently implementing them by hand.

Are they coming to the Rust wdk crates?

According to this response #119 (comment):

Bindgen doesn't generate a binding to it because its an inline function. There is no symbol to link a bindgen-generated function to.
