[Package Issue]: Logitech.OptionsPlus upgrade loop

Logitech.OptionsPlus "upgrades" repeatedly

Steps to reproduce

winget upgrade

Actual behavior

Each time i run winget upgrade, Logitech.OptionsPlus gets 'upgraded'

Expected behavior

install / upgrade completes properly

👀 Nope. I can't reproduce this issue. How did you previously installed the package?

Could you please try uninstall the package manually and then reinstall it via WinGet? Will the uninstallation wipe your preferences?
